A head wrap needs size. The 26″ square works as a headband or a kerchief, but a turban or a full wrap wants the 36″ / 91.5cm square, and the 50″ / 127cm gives you a full headscarf with a long tail left to knot.

Everything here is 100% silk habotai, which holds a knot without sliding and does not crease the way a stiffer weave does.

Every design is drawn from archival source material and released in an edition of 100. Public domain photographs, Smithsonian botanical plates, Library of Congress engravings, original postcards.

When an edition reaches 100, that design retires.
