- A tracking number is emailed when the piece is handed to the carrier.

- Lost packages: reply to the shipping confirmation or email info@leeloozohan.com within 7 days. We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement.

How long does it take?

What if my package is lost?

Can I exchange for a different size?
Each piece is made individually, so we can't swap sizes after the fact. Use the size guide before ordering. If you have questions, email us first.
