- Free standard shipping in the US, no minimum.
- A tracking number is emailed when the piece is handed to the carrier.

- Free returns within 30 days of delivery—pieces must come back unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Lost packages: reply to the shipping confirmation or email info@leeloozohan.com within 7 days. We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?
US shipping only at this time. If you need a piece shipped internationally, email us before ordering and we can quote a rate manually.
What if my package is lost?
Reply to your shipping confirmation or email info@leeloozohan.com within 7 days of the delivery date. For lost packages we file the carrier claim and ship a replacement.
Can I return a made-to-order piece?
Yes—returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Email info@leeloozohan.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Pieces must come back unworn and undamaged.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Each piece is made individually, so the fastest route to a different size is a free return and a fresh order. Use the size guide before ordering. If you have questions, email us first.
